NORTHVILLE PRESBYTERIAN PRESCHOOL

Northville Presbyterian Preschool offers programs for children ranging in age from 3-5 years old as well as a two year old parent / child class.

Our work with children is based on knowledge of child development.  Achieving success for all children depends, among other essentials, on providing a challenging, interesting, developmentally appropriate curriculum. Optimal development is more likely to occur if children have the opportunities to establish positive and caring relationships with adults and other children. The way children learn is through play and you can be sure if they are playing they are learning.

 

Our program provides a balance of educationally appropriate activities and creative experiences for each child. Our responsibility is to set the environment to maximize on the potential for growth intellectually, socially, physically, emotionally and spiritually. The Creative Curriculum provides a basic foundation for our planning while we focus on developing interest areas.
